About your trainer
I am a down-to-earth project professional with over 25 years of experience in IT and embedded software projects, the last 12 years working with agile development and SAFe. I have worked in telecom, energy, health tech, sports technology and public sector projects, and I am used to keeping many threads in my hands at the same time while still steering the work forward in a controlled way.
I get along well with different kinds of people and I communicate fluently in Finnish and English. I also read Swedish and can participate in discussions in Swedish at a conversational level.
As a SAFe trainer and Agile Coach, I bring a practical, calm, and approachable style. I focus on stripping away the jargon to make theory concrete with real-life examples from the field. My goal is to help teams and leaders apply SAFe and agile principles in a grounded way that truly fits their everyday work and unique challenges.
