SAFe for Government (SAFe Agilist)

Service Description

This is a 2‑day private course for one company. The training fee is €3,200 for the whole course (incl. ALV, excl. certification licenses) – this is not a per‑person price. Each participant needs a SAFe attendee license, which is billed separately at Scaled Agile’s current rates. Please inform the amount of participants, and we will confirm the exact price with trainer's fee + Scaled Agile licence for each participant for your attendee group. Delivery is available both remotely and on‑site. Remote delivery is preferred for locations outside Finland. Please note that the price does not include travel costs. It’s designed to help government professionals scale Agile across programs, portfolios, and large initiatives. The course emphasizes government-specific roles, responsibilities, and scenarios to drive effective transformation. Course content and structure: The curriculum covers SAFe principles, roles and responsibilities within government contexts, PI planning in public sector settings, governance and compliance considerations, contracting and supplier collaboration, and strategies for delivering citizen-focused outcomes at scale. The training combines theoretical guidance with practical government-specific scenarios and exercises.
